How much does it cost to add my Glampsite to the directory?
At Glamping in Scotland Ltd we don’t list ‘glampsites’ as such, we create individual accommodation listings. A single accommodation listing (ie: 1 x pod, or 1 x hut, or 1 x yurt etc) costs just £149 per year, any additional accommodation listings are reduced greatly to just £79 per year. You can choose to list a single accommodation, or more – the more listings you have, the greater the exposure.

How much does it cost to add my Activity to the directory?
At Glamping in Scotland Ltd we create individual activity listings. A single listing costs just £79 per year.

What is the billing period?
Billing period is annual and renewal is automatic. We will send a Renewal Notification at least 7 days prior to any renewal. 

How do I pay for my listing?
Glampsite Owners –your annual listing fee is paid for in advance, we can accept debit/credit cards. Unfortunately, at this time; we cannot accept cash, cheques, bank transfers or any other payment methods not mentioned. Listings are renewed automatically on an annual basis.

Do I have to pay any other fees other than listing fees?
Glampsite Owners: – no, you will pay nothing other than your annual listing fee, furthermore, it is worth noting that we take no commission and there are no hidden fees for you or your guests.

Activity Providers:  – no, you will pay nothing other than your annual listing fee.

Can I cancel my listing at anytime?
Glampsite Owners –yes, if for any reason whatsoever you want to remove your accommodation listing, please Get in Touch. A pro-rata refund will be calculated and refunded. Please note that there is a £14.90 administration fee should you wish to cancel your listing.

Activity Providers – yes, if for any reason whatsoever you want to remove your activity listing, please Get in Touch. A pro-rata refund will be calculated and refunded. Please note that there is a £9.90 administration fee should you wish to cancel your listing.

Why is there an ‘administration fee’ for cancelling mid term?
Creating a listing takes time and effort, and we also get charged fees by our payment processing gateway, Stripe. We feel it only fair to recover a small percentage of these fees for our time and effort in creating the listing, and to partially cover some of the costs.

Ok, I have signed up, how will I upload my glampsite or activity information, and any media images?
Glampsite Owners: – once you have ’Registered Your Interest’ to list your glampsite accommodation, we will assign your listing to a dedicated member of the Team – they will do as much of the listing as possible – upload images, add a description, provide url’s, add contact details etc. Should there be anything our Team member cannot action, they will get in touch with you direct.

How will Glamping in Scotland Ltd know what dates I have free and available?
For the best ‘end user’ experience, it is important for users to check real-time availability of your glampsite accommodation. With that in mind, we request that you import your existing booking calendar feed(s) – Glamping in Scotland Ltd will work with you to integrate this into our platform to ensure the calendar is accurate. When users are ready to book your glampsite accommodation, they will be sent directly to your chosen booking platform (own website, airbnb, booking.com or other) to complete the booking.

What if I don’t have a booking calendar?
No problem, there are other options within your listing. Users will be able to use the links, such as a ‘Call For Best Rates’, or ‘Book Direct With Site’. We also add links to your own website (if you have one), and your social media channels., so there are plenty of ways our site visitors can get in touch with you to book.

Our glampsite offers ‘paid’ extras, can customers book these extras via our listing?

As the booking is direct with you, all extras would be booked via your chosen booking platform. You can list your available extras within the description on your listing.
