Bracken Barns was born from a dream to create a small, eco-friendly glamping retreat where guests can truly relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature. After moving here in February 2023, that vision became a reality. Set in the heart of the countryside, our non-invasive glamping experience features beautifully appointed Mongolian yurts and a unique double-decker bus proudly sporting its iconic Irn-Bru colours. Comfort is at the heart of everything we offer, with warm, cosy accommodation designed to complement Scotland’s climate and enhance your outdoor adventures. Sustainability is a key part of our journey, which is why we are incredibly proud to have been awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Certification Mark and to be part of this inspiring international network committed to responsible tourism and environmental stewardship. Looking ahead, plans are underway to introduce weekend wellness workshops and intimate day retreats, focusing on practical self-care skills and emotional wellbeing to support people on their own health and wellness journeys. Supporting the local community is equally important, and we hope to host a range of small charity events in aid of local causes in the years to come.
